2. Yes
3. No specials allowed - okay I assume you meant default sniper. The answer to this should be yes, you can use other units.
4. Should be yes.

So I still haven't received game invites for 3 of my matches.. What would happen if they don't start the game in time?

I think that summer is a busy time for a lot of people, so I'll make the deadline August 15. If you don't get invites by then, start it yourself.

I started my P1 games.
I want to point out that with Reaper Race, the rules now say that you can't put a unit on your own wit space, but earlier in this thread the question came up and the answer was that you could. I'm going to go with what the rules doc says and not put my units on my own wit space, but...
Can we PLEASE try to keep the answers to questions consistent?
